    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE CONTENTS OF THIS FORM BEFORE SIGNING. I understand that the use of swimming pool during my stay in the resort WITHOUT BENEFIT OF A LIFEGUARD and is strictly on a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK basis with full knowledge of the dangers involved. I fully understand and accept all inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or death, I herby assume complete responsibility for my own safety as well as that of my guests and visitors while using the pool. Furthermore, I hereby acknowledge and declare that: I agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Clova Cabana Resort from any cost, liability, claim, damages, demand arising from injury, loss, illness, or death sustained by myself, my immediate family, or any of my guests, invitees related to the use of the pool and any facilities in the Resort.
